The mom-of-three often takes to social media to offer up major #fitspo–and whether you’re diligent about staying in shape or are looking to kickstart your routine as summer quickly approaches, you can certainly learn a thing or two from her sweat sessions.
Not only does Kardashian stick to a strict schedule, but she isn’t shy about showing off her progress, (and her toned figure), whether it be for a photo shoot or simply while relaxing on vacation, which is why when she took to her app to share the two moves that are behind her toned booty we instantly took notice.

REVERSE LEG LIFT ON STABILITY CUSHION
TONES: Glutes and legs
HOW-TO: With a resistance band around your upper thigh, stand on a stability cushion and extend your leg back, maintaining tension in the band. This move targets your legs and glutes to tone and lift your butt, while engaging your core. Be sure to keep a soft bend in your knees and never hyperextend or lock the leg you’re standing on.
REPS: 3 sets of 12 reps
SQUATS WITH STABILITY CUSHIONS
TONES: Legs and glutes
HOW-TO: Center your feet on a stability cushion or BOSU ball. Lower into a squat, keeping your knees slightly bent the entire time. The instability from the balance cushion challenges your muscles to work harder, resulting in a more effective workout session. To help keep your balance, put your arms together at the center of your chest.
REPS: 3 sets of 10 reps
