Kourtney Kardashian’s Go-To Workout Move For Toned Abs

Kourtney Kardashian often documents both her vigorous workouts on social media and the results of her sweat sessions in a slew of covetable looks on Instagram, so when the mom-of-three wants to offer up the move behind her toned abs we’re certainly going to pay attention. That’s just what she did when she got real about her washboard abs.
Kourt took to her app to open up about her go-to move that helps her maintain her taut and toned tummy. (And, if like us, you’ve peeked at her bikini pics this summer on Instagram you’re probably curious, too). Surprisingly enough, it turns out she doesn’t even do crunches! So, how does she keep her stomach looking so fit?
Kourtney’s move: Push-up with alternating knee-up.
HOW TO: Use a BOSU ball and do a push-up. At the top of the push-up, pull your knee into your chest. Alternate knees, keeping core engaged, and repeat for 30 seconds.
When she isn’t working out at home, Kourtney follows a gluten-free, dairy-free diet and prefers meals that are rich in protein and healthy fats. She’s also shared her healthy eating tips on her app, saying, “I talk to the restaurants in my neighborhood and find out where they source their food. I’ll ask if their meat is grass-fed, whether or not their produce is organic or local, things like that,” she says. “Being informed helps me choose the best local restaurants to go to with my family.”
When the mom-of-three travels she also makes sure to bring along healthy options her children are accustomed to. “Bringing your own snacks—especially for the kids—is a great way to have healthy options that everyone likes. Also, if we’re gone for a big trip, I’ll pack a bag full of gluten-free snacks to bring with us, so we have our pantry staples wherever we go,” she says.
