5 Ways to Fall Back into Your Healthy Habits

Workouts become few and far between, home cooked meals turn into takeout, and eight hours of sleep feels like a dream. The best thing you can do is to turn your slump into more motivation for success. Follow these five easy steps to fall back in the healthy habits that will keep you looking and feeling your best.
Shake up your workout
When doing the same type of fitness routine for a long period of time, it’s easy to get bored. Search Yelp for new fitness programs in your area and give them a whirl. Who knows, you may find a new instructor that motivates you enough to get up for that 6 a.m. class.
